When will my order ship?

Unless noted, we hand make all of our items after your order them.  Most malas will ship within 5-7 days after you place your order. All orders through MadSky & Company LLC are processed as soon as payment has cleared, and will ship as noted above if all details are established.Though rare, USPS delays and other complications may arise. MadSky & Company LLC cannot guarantee when your order will arrive to its destination unless you opt for USPS Express (contact us for quotes) and even THEN its the guarantee policy of the USPS and not MadSky & Company LLC.

All items are shipped to the address you provide....so please double check for accuracy. MadSky & Company LLC cannot alter your address for your purchase in any way. Please be sure that your SHIP TO address is accurate before PAYMENT. Any items returned to MadSky & Company LLC due to inaccurate mailing address information will be the sole responsibility of the BUYER to pay for additional shipping costs to repackage/reship to you.

I live outside the US. Can I still make a purchase?

We gladly ship to every country, and more frequently to Australia, Canada, France, and the United Kingdom. Any and all duties imposed by your local government are the buyer's responsibility to pay. We CANNOT mark any order as a gift on your customs paperwork. Please note that TRACKING INFORMATION will cease once your item leaves the USA.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking information, please email us at info@madskymala.com before you place your order.

Can I return my purchase?

Mala beads, necklaces, and bracelets that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the fact that they carry energetic qualities.

Can I customize my order?

We take great pride in creating your perfect mala, so if you find a mala design you'd like to tweak a bit, please email us at info@madskymala.com before you order.  We will not ship custom malas until we're sure we have all the info we need to complete your order, so please check your email! 

I didn't receive my mala. What should I do?

Regular shipping on all orders is through USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive tracking information within the United States once your order ships.  The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. Please contact us at info@madskymala.com if you do not receive a tracking number.  Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout for insured or express mailing.  If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find your package.  Please be advised that MadSky & Company LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items that do not have signature receipt delivery, are in process with the courier, or in the case the USPS confirms delivery.

If my mala breaks, can I return it?

Mala beads, necklaces, and bracelets that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the fact that they carry energetic qualities.However, if your mala beads break, please contact us and we will restring them for free (shipping and handling charges are not covered).
